Payment Terms: A signed
rental agreement and 50 percent of the balance is due
upon booking, along with the $500 security deposit.
Balance of payment is due 45 days before arrival.
Cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks,
bank wire transfers, payment via your PayPal account, or
credit card payment via PayPal at
www.PayPal.com (in U.S. Funds)
If you are interested in making
reservations for an arrival less than 45 days from your
booking date, you will have to make payment arrangements
for the entire balance due and security deposit via your
Pay Pal account or by credit card payment via
www.PayPal.com
Security Deposit:
A $500 security deposit will be due upon booking your
reservation. The home will be inspected after you check
out and the deposit will be remitted within 14 days from
the date of your departure.
Pet Charge/Deposit: Pets
are welcome upon prior approval by owners. A $25 per
night pet fee will be charged along with a refundable
$200 pet security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If
the balance due is not paid 45 days prior to your
arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled without
notice.
Refund Policy: For
cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the
reservation date, all the rental fee/security deposit
paid is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. For
cancellations made after 45 days prior to the
reservation date, the rental fee/security deposit paid
is refundable only if we are able to rebook the
reservation minus a $100 cancellation fee.
